Fixed VGZ format music sometimes hangs the game permanently

For some reason, I keep having my game hang after beating stages. The music will just get stuck repeating a certain part and then Windows will tell me SRB2 isn't responding.

I've reproduced the crash with both the invincibility jingle and the stage clear jingle in that mod. Most of the time the jingles will play fine but occasionally the game will hang, exhibiting the behavior described by Crum above.

There are no crash reports.

This was fixed for 2.2.5, and I only just remembered this thread after I decided to go back and look at the 2.2.5 changelog again.
