I don't know if this exists in 2.2 , but i've had this happen a bit more frequent in the latest 2.2.1 update.
If you're launching the executable while the settings are set to opengl, there's a very odd behavior with the camera moving slower than usual with the mouse. However, changing it to software in game fixes it, but changing it back to opengl also has the camera fixed as well. This doesn't happen when launching in software and changing to opengl.
Update: This is a bug in 2.2.1, it most likely hasn't existed in the original 2.2.0
update 2: This bug exists in 2.2.2. I noticed that launching the opengl bat file doesn't have the camera bug
