Doctor Gaster from DELTARUNE(?) and UNDERTALE(?) has driven onto the track, sporting his Vision Crew look to boot! The accompanying DEVICE_FRIEND keeps watch for enemy players (not really) and keeps tabs on You, the person behind the screen (not really).
