I was looking through Archive.org to see if there were any addons from the Demo era archived and I found this:
This addon replaces Sonic's sprites with the v2.2 versions. Screenshots below:
Pretty neat wad if you actively play Christmas-Demo3 like I do and want a nice visual change, doesn't change Super Sonic though.
(I genuinely can't tell if this counts as a pointless thread but here's hoping not)
