Fixed Unregistering this server to the master server grammar error

When you end a server on SRB2, it prints out "Unregistering this server to the master server..." It don't makes sense to me and I think to should be replaced with from so it prints out "Unregistering this server from the master server..."

Otherwise, I think you're right.
