Unlockable not working

So, basically whats happened is the first unlockable works fine, and loads the simple unlockable header, but the emblem hints isn't working, at all, it doesn't show up in the menu, and when I collect the 3 emblems on the map, it doesn't unlock in the pause menu or anything, I've checked it against SpiritCrusher's custom unlockable tutorial, but I can't quite see the issue. Little help anyone?
