Uncanny Cat Golf - Adds the canny and uncanny cat from UCG!

This Mod adds the canny cat from Uncanny Cat Golf into SRB2
He has 3 abilities!

this mod also adds the UNCANNY cat which is a chasing enemy who will NOT stop at anything to try to catch you and kill you! he can pass through walls and is unkillable! but if you beat level while hes trying to catch you, you get a handsome score reward!
UNCANNY CAT can be spawned by typing ("uncanny") into the console and retrying the level.

the character is honestly pretty fun, but it'd be nice to be able to use the uncanny command with other characters
