unbanned, but can people join?

If I just got unbanned yesterday, can people join my server?

They could've joined your server while you were banned, you know.

Yes, people can always join your server, as long as you have your ports opened/forwarded. If you're banned from Master Server, people can still join you by typing in your IP.

The POINT is, is that I tell my friend (he is unbanned) that I'm hosting a game. Later, he tells me that he can't see my server. I asked him if he refreshed he said he did and still I didn't come up.... What the problem here?

Duh, in the consle he should type LISTSERV. It should have your server there. Then, he should look for your IP adress. When he does, he should type CONNECT (Ip adress). Now go home.
