Ummm What is Error 9 ?

When ever I try to texture something in Doom Builder it says "error 9 subscript out of range"

And it also says when I start a new map that " required lump PLAYPAL is missing.

If there is anything I need to do will you please tell me? Also I have figured out whenever I try to host something that when a player joins that it says something about redwall and freezes till the joiner leaves. I can't figure it out!

Simple. When it asks for the IWAD or Textures and Flats link it to your srb2.srb file. Do this by instead of setting it to Doom/Hexen wad files. Set it to All Files. Then double click on your srb2.srb file and click okay. All the textures and more should be loaded.
