I take it from this that you're using SRB2 Doom Builder. If so, you must install normal Doom Builder first, and then unzip SRB2DB on top of that. Then, and only then, will it run.

Don't double post. Explain to us in detail, what happened. Here, just fill this out:

What were you using: regular Doom Builder or DBSRB2(Oogaland's)?

What happens when you start up? Does it: Just close itself upon opening, or give an error? If error, type it word-for-word.

If neither of these, then what's the problem?

it' says Error 424 in loadingconfiguration: Object Required

If you're getting that error, it's likely that you have a configuration file missing. This shouldn't happen if you use DB's installer, unless you moved things about afterwards. In the folder where Builder.exe lives, there should also be, amongst other things, Builder.cfg, Parameters.cfg and Shortcuts.cfg.
