uhhh i need help i made a map and it's all dark i want to make it bight in it
like in greenflower zone 1,2,3.How do i do that?

Set the light level to 255.

I'm guessing you're using Doom Builder (or its SRB2 equivalent). For some reason, DB defaults the light level to 128, which is much too dark.
