So BlueM made Tyson Sonic so I am making Tails, I am a bit new.

since you are new to spriting, I will help you out a bit, here is the palette for srb2.

and maybe make your sprites green, because you are new to spriting, and maybe even new to modding?
(if you make your sprites green, the character can change color!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Well to honest you can go ahead and still make it. I'm not sure if I'd even make Tyson hesse Tails at all yet.
