I think SMS is referring to the tail in the back, which looks more like an arm than anything else. It looks especially weird how you have it going to the left like that.

Also, I can tell that you edited this from the Amy WAD. Know why? You didn't rename the player sprite lumps, and you accidentally left a few frames over from it.
