Trouble with making a Dedicated Server for friends

I look around anywhere to try to get info on how to doo it I think I almost did it but I just don't know if I'm doing it right Please help.

Edit: Im able to join it but it dosent show up on the Srb2 master server list.
Another Edit: I Have done the port thingy but it still wont work

Are you able to host a normal server? I want to make sure your portforwarding rule is correct. This site will tell you if your server is working: SRB2 Port Checker

If that message appears it means that you didn't port forward properly, you can join your localhost/LAN games but other don't

Then What do I do? this is what I port forwarded and I have a Verizon router, I am trying my best.

First, check your firewall settings: https://www.jameds.org/firewall/

If that doesn't work, you might need to call Verizon and ask for help.
