Trouble using the launcher

If I put it there and click "Run" it doesn't do ANYTHING, it just sits there.

Now, I messed around abit and it keeps saying Wad file not found or valid.

Then it says the file i'm trying to upload has been modified.

i cant find my srb2 folder

I can't find the SRB2.wad file.

it tells me to look for that sometimes.
