Torchic in Srb2 kart (Wip)

As you read in the title the fire pokemon, from the 3rd gen is joining the roster. But I have some doubts:

• Since i havent played the pokemon games, What stats should it have?
• Should it be sitting on the car, or in the steering wheel, like flicky?

I only have the Character select sprites and the minimap by the making of this post
