Top speed lua structure

What's the lua structure for the maximum speed a skin can reach?
first off uh, i dont think this should go into this topic, but whatever

second, its called normalspeed, you can modify this on the fly in player_t, or for a skin's normalspeed, you put skins["sonic"].normalspeed, which while being read-only, gives you the normalspeed of the skin itself, unattached to the one you have as a player.

Keep in mind that both of those are Fixed Point, meaning if you put 36 in the S_SKIN, it will be 36*FRACUNIT on the lua end.
