Hey I just came up with a solution that wont require you to touch XWE or any wads at all. Turn your monitor's color setting to 0.

I spelt it right! Or at least it was spelt in english right. *sets moniters colour to 0*]

Edit didn't work. It's still colourful.

Black and white is fairly hard to get perfect, I was going to include one but it wasn't good enough.

I would like a palette with 16,777,216 colours (256 cubed) but its not going to happen.
