Invalid Toggling digital music twice in the menu plays 1-up music

When you turn digital music off and on in the titlescreen menu, it plays the 1-up music instead of the regular titlescreen music until you exit the menu.

Well is true, except of that's not the extra life music, it's the level clear music.
Also that thing happens on SRB2 2.1 too.

It's probably intentional to provide a test track for the settings.
