Well, considering SRB2 itself is on shaky legal ground, that's kinda a ridiculous statement. It's just like those people that made a legal threat for that Smash Brothers fangame.

The reality is that there are always going to be dishonest people on the internet, and those people are no exception. If you want to do something about it, start some kind of smear campaign against them and their business tactics.

You can't even get SRB2 from Internet GameBox.

It appears to be a collection of free flash games.

The Sonic game they are advertising with that ad is, in truth, Ultimate Flash Sonic. At least they are honest on their site, as the game video montage contains a video easily recognisable as UFS footage...
