how do you edit the srb2 title screen :?

Go to SRB2 Comfig.cfg file. Edit it there.

What? You don't edit the title screen in config.cfg..
Pop open srb2.srb using XWE and find the title screen pictures (I think one of them is called TITLESKY)
Note: Don't edit srb2.srb directly, create a new wad if you want to replace something.
