Neo is shown beating the level at 42s. But he said for some reason, it skipped to 45 seconds.

In RVZ, he is shown beating the level at 1:11. But when the finished level pops up. It quickly changes to 1:14.
I'm assuming its counting the delay for the finished level screen?
