I don't think Folding@Home would do much on the Wii, the CPU isn't exactly up to scratch.

Cure cancer with a PS3 instead, then use the Wii to play games, much better combination.

PS3 - Government uses it
360 - Uses it in Hospitals to monitor Heart beat
Wii - Entertains Senior citizens.
