Tested in 2.2.7 with zero game modifying addons. This electrical ceiling that's supposed to damage you when you bounce off the badniks seems to not damage you anymore. See GIF.

just tested it out myself and...yep, this is a thing.
i think somehow the damage flag could've been unset, because i went out of my way to load a gameplay modifying addon and jump into it manually. still doesn't damage.
