This window appears whenever I try to open High Voltage Ring, even after uninstalling and reinstalling

I don't really have anything to add. Just that this fatal non-UI error appears saying that multiple files failed to be installed with HVR and multiple inconsistencies were found in the code on startup, thus it can't start.

Rename HVRBuilder.default.config to UDBuilder.default.config
