I tried re-downloading it but it still comes up with the same error "Failed to create key.WAD." & "List index out of bounds (x)" The "x" represents a random number. Can somebody help me fix this problem? I should mention this, my computer is a Windows Vista from eMachines. Could that be the reason?

Hello.

I had used it on Windows Xp And it worked. I really don't know why it doesn't work on Windows Vista. If you have a spare computer, and it has Xp, use it. That's all I can say.
And Are you the on Who Traded me on Pokemon pearl on wifi? I was named "CJ"

Actually, there's a very simple reason that it doesn't work on Vista.
Vista has issues with things writing to/from certain areas of the machine, unless the program has special permissions. By special permissions, I mean that it needs to be run as an administrator.
To do this, right click on XWE, click Properties, then go to the Compatibility tab. Check off "Always run this program as an Administrator". Then go out of that, and open XWE. When the popup comes on asking if you want to run it, just say yes. It'll work.
