Its a command in SRB2JTE. "I CARRY THE SUPERVIRUS" exactly as it says

It doesn't put a real virus on your computer. Instead, it makes you do crazy things like killing people by touch, having Tails' pickup sprites apear, and messing up the screen pallete a bit. Its really weird, but not a virus.
