The Roaring Knight from Deltarune makes a debut in Ring Racers!

This is a port of Mal's Roaring Knight addon for SRB2Kart, with most sprites originally by Halenut15. I did the porting (with permission) and drew just the death and signpost sprites.

Just like in the original addon, Rory Nite's stats are:
Speed: 9
Weight: 4
