The New SRB2 2.1.17 Installer

Ok, when i played srb2 2.1.17, i used the 2.1.17 patch and switched 2.1.16's files and everything was just fine, but when i wanted to install it(so i can make records for 2.1.17 instead of 2.1.16) but when i do, this error appears:

Well, if i was a coder i would try and fix this, but im still learning more about srb2's modification system, so i dont know.

Could it simply be that the path to the files themselves is too long? Maybe take the game out of whatever folder it's in and organize it with less depth?
(and please activate that Windows lol.)

What I think is happening is that the path name is too long, which is causing the file extensions to get cutoff. Either move the folder or rename the other folders to be shorter.

Ok, i moved the folder and bingo! Fixed. Now this thread can be closed and archived for those who encounter this problem.
