This is a V2.1 update of the Mercenary
Not very much but some changes has been made
- Class Change to the Mercenary be CLASS F (Speed: 9, Weight: 6)
- Voice lines fixed to get rid of the distortion (Credits to the Voices Actor! Stachekip, Also follow him on SRB2——————————

Update: New Shading, Custom Spray and Rival Change

Mercenary's art as been changed to look like the Ring Racer's Artstyle
with dithering
