The Level Converter blew my levels up

I am making a mod and the level converter made one of my levels fofs dissapear and the floor and ground heights go wakco another look like I just scribled all over the place I worked long and hard and know my work is gone (The levels were Special stages from version 1.09.4A)

Soultion: Backup files before you do anything to them.
You have to fix these problems, since you have no other choice.

I may know the cause.
step 1 open the level
step 2 go to the control sectors
step 3 enter lindefts mode
step 4 fix the lindefts fof setting
