You just select their non-LUA version by just picking them from the character their stats are based on:
With Lanino on Wheel is 3 Speed/6 Weight
With Elnina on Wheel is 6 Speed/3 Weight

Mondo lacks the yellow details for now as I wanted to release him quickly to then polish later, just in time for the (late) Ring Racers anniversary.
