The classic broken laptop charger port.

I'm sure you've heard of it, but if you haven't, it's when you bend your laptop charger point's (accidentally or not) innards to the point where one of the pieces cannot accept the charge from the charger.

Well, I have this problem. Is there anyway to fix it without taking my laptop apart?

Bend it back into shape?

Is this one of those three pin ones, or a 30 pin one? If it's a 30 pin, be careful. Gently try to bend them back.

I'm actually having the same issue right now. It's been taken into a repair shop but they haven't told me if they can do anything with it yet.
