the bot that did whatever you said

I joined this server called mysticrealm w/h bot.there was an sms bit that did whatever you said.Like i told it "bot, shoot ben"it actually did that! ."bot, fall in lava"."bot, spindash"."bot, follow erock".And it wasnt even srb2jte.I dont even think srb2jte can do that.it could even do stuff the server can do.I knew it waS THE bot because i f12ed the host and he was moving while it happened.there was other stuff the robot could do that I dont exactly remember.I didn't figure out how to do it but it was coooool.

Here's a simple solution to what you witnessed:

It's another player acting as bot. And that player just happened to be authorized by the host so he could control the server.

Uh, could it not be possible the "Bot" was a person doing exactly what you told it to? If it wasn't in SRB2JTE I Highly doubt it was a bot(Considering bots are a feature of SRB2JTE and only JTE).
Also, I just realized Digiku posted almost the same thing from a link he posted in #SRB2fun... I feel so slow at typing.

Not even JTE's bots will take commands so what makes you think these bots that aren't real would.

Edit: Oh, you meant Flybots? Type Flybots 1 in the console. If you have a Flybot, it might fly you if it touches you while flying.

well i dont really if srb2jte or not.i forgot.Just like a bot that follows you. when it died it reappeared next to the player it follows.and i didnt believe it was a bot at first but when he kicked the bot,it said something like"supermysticsonic bot says goodbye.supermysticsonic left the game"or something.

A bot that does whatever it was told? No, sorry. JTE bots can't even do that, so what honestly makes you think that this bot could? It was A Player, I'll bet. Unless the guy was a GOD at C++, which I highly doubt, this is impossible. You've been fed a Pack of Lies. What's worse is that you believed it.
