Early Tails(W.I.P) is one of my first ever srb2 mods. Being made back in 2020. I haven't worked on it in a very long time. So I want to continue the mod. The mod is basically the tails sprites found in Early Sonic's assets and what was in the WGD Halloween mod. Here are a few gifs showing what has been done since August 18, 2020(It's Last Modified Date). Early Tails was supposed to have a walking/running animation and a flying animation(which would just be sonic 3's tails flight animation). But I never got to it. TL;DR the mod isn't done.

Update: Early Tails might release in September or October. I'm not quite sure yet because of things like school.

I've been very busy with things like school and other projects that I've been basically losing interest in making mods for the past couple months. But Since I'm back from the dead I'm just gonna say this. E. Tails will be finished around March. Hopefully without any issues. Once E. Tails is done I'll be working a something I've been conceptualizing. The mods name is dnb_chars. It will make more sense when E. Tails is finished.

so early tails is basically dead. but I do have another mod that I'm working on. It's basically Expunged in SRB2(There's a little teaser below). All I have done at the moment is the character select art, the continue icon, and the life monitor icon(The bio below is unfinished). The rest of the sprites are literally just SSN Sonic but colored emerald. I'm working on the sprites first. Then I'm gonna learn lua for the first time in my life.

Yep I decided to start making sprites that look like they came from SRB2 instead of using paint 3d for the assets. Wish me luck... This is going to take a bit...

also... Expunged will have voices to them. When they Jump, use Homing Cube, or any of their other moves.

Green Hat Diaries Log #1: Gonna start doing log on this mod every 2 weeks on a sunday.(And yes the name is based on White Glove Diaries) Where do I begin? Ah.

I just uploaded a video on a "Demonstration" of expunged. Which is just sonic with a multi-thok.

I do have sprites of waiting and walking but I didn't want to insert those at the moment of recording the footage.

I also have the idea of a Cheat / Anger meter. Along with their forms from the mod expunged originated from

Green Hat Diaries Log #2: So. I got some good news and some bad news. The good news is I'm almost done with expunged's sprites. The bad news is my laptop killed itself a little bit ago. So unless I'm able to decrypt the hard drive and get the assets back. The mod will be have to be put on hold(at least until I get a new laptop and see if I don't have to make new sprites). I don't have new footage expunged. So yeah. This is basically all I have to say. I'll attempt to post updates the best I can in the future.

If you don't manage to get the drive back, you should redo Expunged's sprites as pre rendered 3d instead of 2d. Because, you know, the whole thing about the 3d characters is to have a conflicting art style.

Green Hat Diaries Log #3: AKA omfg he's back baby

I don't have much to say about the mod yet. But I've really been considering if I should stop the project or not. But instead of giving up after my other laptop died(I still haven't gotten the drive out) I decided to "reboot" it for a second time. Bringing back pre-rendered sprites from the first ever version. so here's a sneaky peaky of something I made for the reboot(model, size, and dithering not final)

Green Hat Diaries Log #4: So... It's been a while hasn't it?

Yeah, it's been a good couple of months since I worked on T3DCP. I've been mostly worked up on school to where I haven't gotten much done. No, the mod is not canceled. It's still being worked on. But very, very, very slowly. I'm not sure when I'll be able to complete it but things don't just take 5 seconds and BOOM you're done. One thing that I'll say is it's going to be a little bit bigger compared to what I've "shown you". There are a couple of new characters and some bonus content just for fun like a custom level, maybe even a special stage, and some srb2kart stuff too. But that's all just ideas at the moment and it hasn't been developed further. So nothing new has come out of the project. All I have right now is the character select menu screen showing well... the characters... This will be all for now. Hope you all have a good Halloween(even though it's the 27th but I won't be on here for a lil' bit), and get LOTS of Candy or whatever!!!

P.S. I'll see you all next month with some other stuff involving the mod so stay tuned. Or don't I don't really care at all.

its been a few months since anyone posted in this thread, what exactly happened to any of these mods? (im just asking lol)
