When you make a map cooler editing a lot of things and making it better just to you look at the map page and its not reeusable :dramahog:

Yeah, it's sad that you spent time ""improving"" someone else's map without even letting them know about it. Even if a map is not marked as re-usable, you might be able to get permission by asking the author, but you didn't even try...
 
If you want to learn how something in a map is done, nothing is stopping you from opening it in an editor to at least learn how things are done. Direct theft is always a bad thing, but learning from something is fine enough. If you ever wonder "how'd they do that!?", none of us can or should stop you from learning how they did it. Asking also helps.
