He's back! He's fast! And he's actually not that mean :D
That's T.T. for you, the announcer and timekeeper of Timber Island.

He has the fastest speed on base SRB2Kart.
All of the spritework was based o in-game screenshots from Diddy Kong Racing.
All of the voiceclips were also taken from in-game
