System-Console Palettes - playpal srb2 v2.2.x

Inspired by Frostiikin's Retro Palette Pack and
МАКС ГРЕЧКАッ's EGA Palette for SRB2
I decided to create a "plus" version that thinks in
other more machines from the 80's and 90's.
It's goes on PCs to game consoles

What's Included in it's:
the old Windows computers
Atari 2600 NTSC
SegaMasterSystem
Apple macintosh II
Mattel Intellivision I
Commodore 64
Game boy color

CleitonBR93 updated System-Console Palettes with a new update entry:

v1.4 ( minor update )

It just fixes a bit the Commodore 64 and Sega Master System palette
to make it "more playable/enjoyable"
it didn't changed too much
