Supposed 'Oversized' avatar file [Read First]

Before anything, read this:
I understand that this has nothing to do with SRB2, but I can't find a help thread section for the forums. If you can move this, please move it to a thread that'll fit it the best.

Now with that out of the way, I've been trying to get a Tails GIF avatar, but every time I load it, it gives me this:
Your file of 21.3 KB bytes exceeds the forum's limit of 29.8 KB for this filetype.
Please tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Simple, your file size is too large for the MB, just find something else.

It exceeds it by negative 8.5 KB, which means that the forum is wonky and you should try again later or swap out the avatar.

The limit is 20 KB, actually. I don't know why it's displaying it incorrectly.

Figured It Out.

Looked at the avatar, it's dimensions are 144 by 127, and the forum limit is 128 by 128.

I need to do more research before I post help about something. Thanks for helping anyway!
