List of questions I'll update every now and then.

2.Rasing a sector in 3D mode. How is that possible without accidentally rasing the botton sector?
5.Where is the point source code and how do I use it?

That's all for now.

1. Well, if I was going to try an explain it, I would've pointed you to the Wiki, which said didn't help.
2. I don't understand
3. It's a tube that you zoom through! *shot* Well, see, you make these waypoints, a zoomtube start, and a zoomtube end, properly configure all of them, then when you go to into the zoomtube end or start and face thhe right direction, you go through the waypoints in order.
4. ?
5. There's an EXE that came with SRB2. SRB2109src, or something like that. Use it to get the source, and then, how to use it depends on how you're using it.

Floor over floors are made with control sectors placed outside the map. For your standard 3D Block, you need one control sector. The control sector's floor and ceiling heights directly correspond with the 3D Block rendered inside the map. Where the block is rendered is specified by sector tags. A linedef on your control sector specifies which sector tag the block is assigned to, as well as which texture to use. The sector the block is rendered above is specified by the sector's sector tag.

Although yeah, you probably should've just looked at the tutorial.
