Superform Frames Using Normal Frames

If the superform frames don't use the special frames then does it just change the color of the normal frames and make you invincible?

Yes. Just type 0 after "Superanims =".

Actually. It just changes your color, makes you invincible, superfast, and superagile. And causes you to occasionally throw off a spark.
