As you know, Super Sonic can fly if the spin button is held down while moving during a jump. But why can't any created characters with a super form do that? Is it an error, or is it just that no one has given their character's super form that power?

Because that is specially hardcoded for Super Sonic only, and can't be replicated.

No, custom characters can have only one ability, not two. Super Sonic's combined float & thok is unique to him.

Although we seriously need a flag to make hovering only work when moving faster than actionspd.
