Super sonic help

I have all 8 chaos emeralds and 101 rings and i dont know how to become super sonic.
How do I

The same way you do in eeeevery other Sonic game. :/

Hey, this guy doesn't know about the classic way (I guess.)
Jump, and press the jump button again mid-jump.
You need atleast 50 rings for this to work, BTW.

Actually, I must admit that I've never manage to go super in any of the classic games either. Though I did manage to get all the emeralds in 3D blast, but it has no super.
