If you're a Dragon Ball fan and you want to have the auras seen there in SRB2, then this addon is for you!
I present to you... Super Form Auras!

This addon gives the Super form a DB-styled aura. You can change its size, color, transparency, style, and even its sound scheme. You can even activate the aura even if you aren't in your Super form! (see the commands below)

  • Aura styles can now have an extra overlay that is always shown in front of the player.
    To add an overlay to your custom aura, freeslot its sprites and then add the following variables to your custom aura style's definition:

If you only want to have SSJ2's electric sparkles, just switch the aura's style to "ssj2" and then set the aura's opacity to 0% (sfaura_opacity 0).
I should probably clarify this on a list of tips...

Alright, I have a question for you people regarding the next release. I may have already asked this in the SRB2 Discord server, but I'm posting it here just in case you aren't there.

You know that the "sfaura_autoconfig" command makes "sfaura_style" also change your aura's color and sound aside of just changing the sprite, right?

Would it be better if, instead of that feature, I add a command that lets you change your entire Super Form Auras settings in an instant from a list of presets?

I want to say thanks for the 2k+ downloads! It means something to me. I'm amazed that some people really like my addon.
Anyways, I've updated Super Form Auras with some changes, new stuff and a few bug fixes!

what happened to the overview page?
Well, I edited it, but since I added a link to a source (on the Credits section) and replaced one image, it went back to the approval queue. Wait until it gets approved again.
This is frustrating for me...

  • Fixed an issue where the player's sprite outline would get darker if the player was in a dark area while having sfaura_conditions set to "Always" and not in their Super form.

Hello! The mod is nearly reaching 3k downloads! Anyways, here's a new update for Super Form Auras.

Changelog:
  • Changed the way the auras and their overlays set their target mobj. This should fix most of the flickering bugs in the OpenGL rendering mode. The main and second aura's overlays will now be shown in front of the auras and the player.
  • Fixed an error where the second aura's scaling would depend on the definitions of the main aura's sprite.

Quick announcement

Hello, everyone.
I wanted to inform you all that some info on the Overview page is currently a bit outdated. I will update it as soon as I finish developing a new version of SFA.

Disregard the warning that I wrote at the start of the page if you're using 2.2.14. Apparently, the crash has been fixed in that version. However, I've also noticed some issues with the sprite outline feature, as it looks like that it's now rendered behind the aura. I'll try to fix this.
