I cannot seem to find the Mystic Temple in these stages.. Anyone want to offer any pointers?

In Sunken Plant, there are 2 rooms with floating boxes. One of them has a hole iin the ceiling that you can ride up through on a box.
In Aerial Garden Zone, I'm not SURE, but I think to get to the alter, you have to find and push these 4 buttons to open a door near the end. Though, there are many buttons in the level to open some other doors.
I'm not sure about AGZ because I have yet to succeed 'Cus I'm Sonic on normal, and the jettys are torturing me.

Activating AGZ2's Mystic Temple is a level within a level. I hate it, yet it's so awesome.

Activate the two buttons for the first door. You do this by exiting the first rooms on the *top* exit, not the regular one where you fall down and you see the waterfalls and everything. You continue going in the rooms on the top segment, and when you push one button, you actually have to go BACK to the first room and do it again, except for the other room. I'll leave the exploring to you.
