I can give you ALL the secrets in ONE stroke using a file from my Sonic Heroes site.

Get the appropriate download and put it in the folder in which SRB2 is stored in. The next time you run the game, all seven secrets will be unlocked.

The name of the game is Chrono Trigger. The main character's name is Crono.

The reason Crono's name isn't Chrono in the English version is because that there are only 5 characters usable for names. Hence, in the Japanese version it's Chrono, but in the English version, they had to drop the h to make it fit in the Roman alphabet.
