could someone explain what conversations are in here ya know the thing that appears under someone's pfp start a conversation yeah what does that do i want to know cause i haven't tried it and i don't know why it exists

I think it's supposed to be a custom title, like "Artist" or "Gamer", some people might use nicknames.
But well, some people just like to put sentences instead of their title.
