I have all 160 emblems, but according to the first page, I'm missing a ring record emblem.

It doesn't give you a ring record if you beat the stage with 0 rings. Go find the boss you cleared ringless and carry one to the end.
 
...I don't even see where the "missing emblem" is in that gif anyway. I mean, that act has a ring emblem. And so does that. And that. And all of them. What?

Edit: Nevermind, I saw it now, derp.
