That's not relevant to the issue, it's just the player config file trying to load but can't since it's the server. I can't really offer much else in terms of advice as file permissions and the hostmod load order thing were the only methods that have ever resolved this type of problem. Best I can say is make sure the addon runs and saves correctly when running a local version of the game, and then make sure that the folder setup is exactly the same on your server.
