SRB2Wii as a disc game?

Is it possible to somehow put SRB2Wii on a disc so it runs without all that Homebrew stuff? Like take SSBB, for example. You put it in the Wii. You press Start or whatever. It starts. Can you do this with SRB2Wii?

Haha, if that was possible (which it isn't), SRB2 would be impossibly slow.
